In the mean time, check out these resources to get in a little bit of movement each day. Please keep in mind that these are optional activities. They will not be graded or offered as extra credit.
DISCLAIMER: Participate in these activities at your own risk. Please get parent permission before participating in the activities. Make sure you have plenty of space to move on all sides and above you to ensure you will not hit items such as walls, furniture, ceiling fans, pets, and family members. Make sure you are properly dressed for movement, including wearing proper athletic shoes. Please stop the activity if you feel any pain or discomfort.
